These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, browser extensions, and services operated by HR Rebooted LLP ("HR Rebooted," "we," "us"). By accessing or using any of those services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
HR Rebooted provides AI governance software, advisory services, research tools, and related content. The current product set includes Governance 1st, the Governance 1st Browser Extension, Policy FastTrack, MyCareer Navigator, MyCareer Navigator College Edition, and consulting services described on the site. We may add, modify, or remove features and products from time to time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use most of our services. Users between 14 and 17 may use the MyCareer Navigator College Edition only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf and, if you are using the services on behalf of an organization, on behalf of that organization.
Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@hrrebooted.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The services, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, methodologies, and the 10-behavior taxonomy used in our governance and behavior-monitoring products, are owned by HR Rebooted LLP or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The 10-behavior taxonomy and associated guardrail library are patent-pending. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary methods except as expressly stated.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the services (assessment inputs, profile data, blog posts, events, uploaded files, and the like). By submitting that content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display it solely as needed to operate and improve the services and to comply with law.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Rebooted disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
Policy templates are not legal advice. Policy FastTrack provides reference templates aligned to various compliance frameworks. These templates are starting points and not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel. You are responsible for having policies reviewed and adapted by appropriate legal and compliance professionals before adopting them in your organization.
Career projections are estimates. MyCareer Navigator and the College Edition produce projections from publicly available research data. They are not predictions, guarantees, or financial advice. Decisions about education, employment, or career changes are yours to make based on your own circumstances.
AI outputs. Outputs from our AI features (chatbot, behavior judges, policy generation, summarization) may contain errors. You should verify any AI-generated content before relying on it for material decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Rebooted and its affiliates, officers, partners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HR Rebooted and its affiliates, officers, partners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or any right of any third party, or (d) any content you submit to the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision of the services to you poses a risk to HR Rebooted, our other users, or third parties. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the services are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in New Hampshire have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect any change. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting a notice on the site or sending an email). Your continued use of the services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
