The specialists who run the work

AI Advocates.

AI Advocates are HR Rebooted's audit and implementation team, the practitioners who actually deliver the AI Governance Audit, the Implementation Program, and every workstream in between. When you engage us, you get the Advocates.

What they do

Two service tracks,
one team.

The Advocates deliver both halves of HR Rebooted's work: the audit that tells you where you stand, and the implementation that closes the gaps. Most engagements use both, sequenced.

How they work

Methodology
that holds up.

The Advocates operate to a defined methodology, not on instinct. Every engagement, audit or implementation, runs on the same principles, so findings are defensible and progress is measurable.

01

Evidence over assertion

Every score, finding, and recommendation is tied to specific evidence: a document, an interview, a survey, a system record, or an observed practice. Claims that cannot be evidenced are reported as gaps in visibility.

02

Triangulation across sources

Leadership interviews tested against workforce surveys. Written policy tested against observed behavior. Self-reported usage tested against system signals. Contradictions between sources are among the most valuable outputs.

03

One maturity scale

Seven assessment areas, eight governance domains, all resolved to a single five-level maturity model. Disparate findings can be compared, weighted, and rolled into one defensible index leadership can track over time.

04

Prioritization by risk

Findings are weighted by likelihood and impact and sequenced so you address what matters most, first. A one-level gap in a high-risk domain outranks a two-level gap in a low-risk one.

05

A path, not a verdict

Engagements end with a roadmap to a target state you select deliberately. Sequenced, costed, and owned recommendations, not a grade.

06

Powered by Governance 1st

Audit findings flow into the same platform where implementation operates: inventory, policies, controls, and monitoring live in one system. Re-assessment is a continuous capability, not a fresh project.

Coverage

Specialists across
every governance domain.

The Advocates cover the full governance stack so a single engagement can move across security, legal, HR, IT, and the business without changing teams. Engagements are scoped from your audit findings.

S1

Strategy & Ownership

Accountable owners, chartered committees, decision rights, operating cadence.

S2

Policy & Standards

Fit-for-purpose, named-tool, named-data policy suites with attestation and reinforcement.

S3

Inventory & Use Visibility

Point-of-use visibility plus living inventory, kept current by intake and reconciliation.

S4

Risk & Controls

Risk register, proportionate controls (human review, guardrails, filters, vendor terms, logging).

S5

Compliance & Legal

Obligations mapped to AI use, evidence embedded in controls, demonstrability on demand.

S6

Workforce Capability

Role-based competence built where the audit found weakness meets exposure.

S7

Trust, Communication & Change

The transparency, involvement, and psychological safety that turn capability into adoption.

S8

Leadership Development

The six AI-leadership dimensions, developed against the same scale the assessment scores.

S9

Monitoring & Improvement

Continuous monitoring across multiple evaluators, with periodic re-assessment to confirm gap closure.
