We rebooted HR. Then we rebooted AI governance.

HR Rebooted started inside the function that gets handed every new piece of workforce technology with the smallest budget and the largest blast radius. We watched AI roll out the same way: fast, unsupervised, and without anyone owning the downside. So we built the platform we wanted to use, and the research tool we wanted to hand our own teammates.

A policy in a Word doc isn't governance. A committee that doesn't meet isn't governance. A guardrail that lives in someone's head isn't governance. We build for the daily reality.

Disruption is data, not opinion

The labor impact of AI is measurable. We aggregate the most rigorous research available, ground it in BLS occupational data, and put it in front of the people whose careers are at stake.

Transparency over reassurance

We won't tell you everything will be fine, it might not be. We won't tell you to panic, that doesn't help. We show you the reality and a path forward, even when neither is comfortable.
