The initial Advisory Board members bring complementary expertise across HR leadership, compliance, finance, and SaaS growth, reflecting HR Rebooted’s belief that AI governance must be both people-centered and business-aligned.

Advisory Board Roles and Responsibilities

Kayla is a seasoned HR leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning big tech, startups, and high-growth organizations. She specializes in employment law and is known for building durable, people-centered HR systems that support both compliance and culture. A recognized public speaker and award recipient for her work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Kayla is passionate about coaching leaders and designing HR frameworks that scale responsibly.

Mike Kovar, CPA, CFA, MBA, Fractional CFO

Mike is an accomplished CFO with experience leading public, private, startup, and private equity-backed organizations. He specializes in operating efficiency and growth strategies for SaaS, fintech, and financial services companies. Mike is a co-founder of multiple SaaS and digital media companies that successfully exited to private equity and public buyers, and he currently serves on advisory boards within the technology sector.
