Michelle Strasburger is the founder and CEO of HR Rebooted. She has worked as a strategic business partner in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. As an executive leader, she has a people and productivity mindset and focuses on their synergistic intersection in change management, workforce planning, recruitment, and culture. Michelle was an early adopter of AI technology, recognizing not only its tremendous potential for enhanced productivity but also its disruptive, paradigm-shifting impact on business and society. This recognition led her to understand that both people and organizations must reimagine what success looks like in the era of AI disruption—and that HR is uniquely positioned to guide this transition, ensuring that businesses thrive while people remain at the center of progress.

Michelle has a B.S. in Business Administration/International Business and an MBA in Human Resources Management. She holds SHRM-SCP, GPHR, and SPHR certifications and is one of Mogul's top 100 CHROs in 2023. She is also the founder and facilitator of the HR Rebels, a bold, global community of 1500+ HR professionals committed to challenging conventional HR norms and perspectives. Michelle brings unique thought leadership to every venture she undertakes.
